The world is not fair and it's okay to be angry about that.
Yes - this video genuinely made me angry while I was making it. Have a watch (only about 12 mins) and then read on.
So what's this all about?
Basically, across the world, wherever people are living in poor diet, poor housing and poor healthcare, leprosy is still affecting people. It wasn't until the 1980's that a cure was found, but we do have one, and it costs £24 to get it to someone. So why are there still millions suffering, usually in lepor colonies, usually rejected by their communities, and often seen as cursed?
It really doesn't need to be that way. These guys so often live in the worst conditions, and are socially isolated, but just £24 cures them, and gives medication to the 50 people closest to them. What's not to like about that??

MITTEN: IMPOSSIBLE
If you want to join us in this particular crazy adventure - download the form from here and get going. All you have to do is wear mittens for 24 hours (except when washing or using a loo). People can either scan the QR code and give immediately, or they can pledge and give in person once you've done the deed.
Other fundraising ideas.
Just maybe you don't want to wear mittens (even fingerless ones) for 24 hours. Here are some other ideas for you that will encourage your own creativity. You could still help MITTEN: IMPOSSIBLE raise a ton of cash for Leprosy Mission in your own way and add it to the total.
1One Week Bare Feet
Doesn't have to be a week - but instead of mittens on your feet, how about no shoes for a week, to experience what life is like for 8% of the world who can't afford shoes?
2Dress Down/Up
Could your work place, school, church or club all dress different for a day, to help raise some money, and all get sponsored?
3Concert / Event
Are you a luvvie or a musician? Could your group put on an evening of ad-lib drama, or sketches, or songs, or a choir concert, or an orchestra...
4Link it all in to MITTEN: IMPOSSIBLE
